01 Who this applies to

This policy covers the Ultimate Quiz mobile application for Android ("the app"). It explains what the app does and does not do with information. It applies to everyone who installs the app.

02 Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal information. Specifically, it does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
• Dates of birth, ages, school names, or class registration details
• Quiz answers, scores, streaks, or results
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
• Location data, contacts, photos, or files

There is no account system and no sign-in. Nothing you do in the app is associated with an identity, because the app never establishes one.

03 What is stored on your device

The app saves exactly one setting locally, so that it remembers your choice between sessions:

That value is a single true or false. It contains no personal information, it is not linked to you, and it is removed when you uninstall the app. Quiz questions are included in the app itself, and your answers are held in memory only for the length of a quiz — they are not written to storage and are gone once you leave the results screen.

04 Advertising and analytics

The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking software. There are no ad networks, no usage-measurement tools, no crash-reporting services, and no social media software development kits built into it. Nothing profiles you, and nothing follows you across other apps or websites.

05 Device permissions

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, calendar, or location. It plays short sound effects through your device's normal audio output, which requires no permission.

06 Children's privacy

Ultimate Quiz is designed for school students, including children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, there is nothing about a child to store, share, sell, or delete, and no parental consent mechanism is required for data collection that does not happen.

07 Third parties

We do not share information with third parties, because we do not hold any.

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google collects its own information relating to app downloads, installs, and crashes under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details of what Google collects when you download or use apps from Google Play.

08 Your rights

Data protection laws such as the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to provide, amend, or erase. Uninstalling the app removes the single stored setting described in section 3.

09 Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it does with information, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
